Fiesta Lafrique - SBK festival

February 21-22, 2025

10 years ago, on December 8th 2014, Lafrique opened its doors for the very first time. Now, 10 years later, it is time to celebrate our 10th anniversary with our very own Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba festival - Fiesta Lafrique!

On Friday, February 21st we start with 1 round of workshops followed by a fantastic XXL SBK pre-party with great djs and shows! On Saturday we continue the fun with 6 rounds of workshops, socializing, dinner and we end the festival with another smashing XXL SBK party with great djs, animations and shows!

Fiesta Lafrique is for everyone who loves to dance Salsa, Bachata and/or Kizomba!

Practical information

!! No sharp heels allowed !!
Akoesticum is very proud of its pristine wooden floors. Please leave your high heels at home. Heels with a surface area above 3x3cm are fine.

SHOWER, EAT and SLEEP

Shower
During the festival there are 6 showers available to freshen up. Bring a towel and a clean shirt and dance all day long!

Food
On Saturday there is a food truck at the festival for lunch and dinner. You can buy your food there or go to restaurants nearby.

Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the sleepover price.

Sleep
There are several rooms available at Akoesticum for you to sleep over. You can choose between a private bedroom (with 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 beds) or a shared bedroom. All bedrooms come with a private toilet and en suite bathrooms. You will be provided with bed linen upon arrival to make your own bed. Towels and breakfast are included.
